Online Competition: Be Adaptive

Athletes are able to enter as many or as few events as they would like.  Please just select the amount of events to enter from the drop down.

Events Are As Follows:

Seated Sandbag to Shoulder (max weight) 

Athlete will pick a sandbag of their chosen weight from a box of 24 in set next to them. Athlete will be seated in an incline bench set at 50°-55° athlete will then lap the sandbag. If no box is available, athlete may start with sandbag on their lap and  then proceed to hoist it to their shoulder. You may lean back on the bench to shoulder the bag but must sit up at 90° then remove the opposing hand off the bag to show control for a good call. Athlete may choose to sit up at 90° the entire time during the lift. 60-Second time limit. 

Blind Deadlift (Max weight) 

Athlete may choose their method of impairing their vision. ( Blind fold, blacked out glasses or eyes closed). 

Athlete will begin their event with their feet placed a minimum of 12 in/ 1ft away from either a power or deadlift bar. Athlete will then approach the bar and perform their deadlift. 

Athlete may choose their preferred method of lifting. (Switch grip, figure 8, straps). Athlete must have full lockout (hips through, shoulders back and knees locked out). 

Hitching is allowed. 60-Second time limit

One Arm Axle Clean & Press (Max weight) 

Athlete will start the event with their hand positioned at the center of the axle. Athlete will then clean and press the axle in the manner of their choosing.  Athlete must have full lockout (hips through, elbow locked out, knees locked out, feet must be even cannot be staggered). 

The bar may face any direction, But cannot be in motion. You must show control. 60 second time limit. 

Flamingo Log (Max weight) 

Athlete will perform a log clean and press off of one leg. Opposing leg May touch the ground for safety but only on the tip of their toe or the athlete may choose to set a sandbag under opposing leg for safety and balance. Athlete must show full control (elbows locked out, hips through, knee locked out). 60-Second time limit.  

You may use crash pads of your choosing in height.
